نامه سرگشاده دانشجويان دانشگاه
بابلسر به مردم آزاديخواه جهان!
از انسانيت ما دفاع کنيد!
ما اين نامه را خطاب
به شما سازمانهاى مدافع حقوق بشر٬ به سنديکاها و سازمانهاى کارگرى٬ به
پارلمانها و نهادهاى دانشجوئى٬ به سازمانهاى زنان٬ و به بشريت آزاده و متمدن
مينويسيم!
در چند روز اخير
اعتراضات برحق ما براى حقوق مان با موج دستگيرى همکلاسيهای ما و دانشجويان
مواجه شده است. بيش از بيست دانشجو توسط نيروهاى امنيتى دستگير و زندانى
شدند. و اين تنها شامل حال ما نشده است. فعالين کارگرى در اين يکماه مرتب
دستگير شدند. آخرين مورد آقاى محمود صالحى در سقز است که فقط از حقوق برسميت
شناخته شده کارگرى در سطح جهان دفاع کرده است. تعدادى از فعالين جنبش زنان
هنوز در زندان هستند و دستگيرى و احضار فعالين حقوق زنان ادامه دارد. زنان و
کودکان زيادى در انتظار حکم اعدام هستند. در کنار اينها فقر و محروميت و
گرانى ناشى از تحريم اقتصادى گلوى مردم را ميفشارد و زندگى را برايشان سخت تر
از پيش کرده است. کابوس جنگ مردم را در بلاتکليفى و ترس نگاهداشته و دست دولت
را در اعمال محدوديت مردم بازتر کرده است. فقر و بيکارى و ناامنى اقتصادى
بيداد ميکند. مبارزه ما اما ادامه دارد.
حرف ما همان است که
دانشجويان دانشگاههاى ايران در ۱۶ آذر روز دانشجو زدند! زنان و مردان در
اجتماعات و قطعنامه هاى هشت مارس زدند! کارگران در تظاهراتها و اعتصابهايشان
زدند! ما انسانيم! هويتمان جهانى و انسانى است! ما با کسى سر جنگ و خصومت
نداريم! ما براى همگان خوشبختى و سلامتى و آموزش و رفاه ميخواهيم! ما
ميخواهيم تبعيض جنسى خاتمه پيدا کند و برابرى زن و مرد متحقق شود! ما حق
داريم حرف بزنيم٬ اعتراض کنيم٬ نقد کنيم٬ اجتماع کنيم! مگر دنيا به مدنيت و
حقوق انسانى نرسيده است؟ ما ميخواهيم مثل انسان زندگى کنيم و از همنوعانمان
در سراسر جهان انتظار حمايت و همبستگى داريم! متاسفانه دنياى امروز دنياى
مرزها و دولتها و هويتهاى محلى و کشورى است٬ اما يادمان باشد که همه ما
انسانيم و هويت جهانى و بشرى داريم! حق داريم که زندگى کنيم و حرمت انسانى
داشته باشيم! ما دستمان را بسوى قلبهاى شما دراز ميکنيم! از ما حمايت کنيد!
* خواهان آزادى
فورى همکلاسيهاى ما در دانشگاه بابلسر و آزادى همه دانشجويان دستگير شده
شويد!
* خواهان
پرداخت حقوق معوقه کارگران و برسميت شناسى حق تشکل و اعتراض و اعتصاب و
قرارداد دسته جمعى آنها شويد!
* خواهان آزادى
فعالين حقوق زن و برسميت شناسى آزادى پوشش و حقوق برابر زنان و مردان شويد!
* خواهان حق
زندگى ايمن٬ حقوق سياسى و اجتماعى٬ حرمت و رفاه ما شويد!
* خواهان پايان
دادن به تحريم اقتصادى٬ نفى جنگ و تروريسم٬ و حمايت از مردم در ايران شويد!
مردم آزاده جهان!
ما دنيائى عارى از
جنگ و نفرت و بمب و فقر و اختناق و بيحرمتى انسانها را آرزو داريم! ما به
همبستگى انسانى ارج ميگذاريم! همبستگى انسانى مرز نميشناسد!
مردم آزادیخواه و
برابری طلب ، فعالین اجتماعی و سازمان های مدافع حقوق بشر در سراسر دنیا، با

Open letter of students of Babolsar University - Iran
to the people of the world!
Defend our human rights!
We write this letter to all human rights organisations, trade unions,
parliaments, students’ organisations, women’s organisations and the
civilised humanity.
Following our protest movement, in the last few days a new wave of
arrests of our student colleagues has started. More than 20 students
have been arrested and jailed by the security forces. Even workers’
activists have been jailed too. The latest is the case of Mr. Mahmood
Salehi in Sagez who is well known for his defence of workers’ rights. A
few women activists are also in jail. These arrests continue and happen
every day. As though this was not enough, we are faced with poverty,
lack of rights and inflation resulting from economic sanctions. Life is
harder than any other time and people are being suffocated. The
nightmare of possible war has left people with fear and lack of security
and has given opportunity to the government to impose yet more
restrictions on people. The level of poverty and economic insecurity is
horrendous. Our struggle continues.
We say the same thing as University students said on 16th Azar,
Students’ Day! The same as women and men said on 8th March! Workers said
in their strikes and demonstrations! We want happiness, health,
education and welfare for all! We demand an end to gender
discrimination! We want equality between men and women! We have the
right to speak out, protest, criticize and organise! Has the world not
gained civilization and human rights? We want to have a life fit for
human beings and want people of the world to support us! Unfortunately,
today’s world is divided by borders and nation identity. However, we
must remind ourselves that we all posses universal human identity. We
have the right to live like humans and enjoy human values and respect!
We are reaching your hearts! Support us! Make our demands yours!
• Demand the immediate release of our fellow students in Babolsar
University and the release of all students!
• Demand the payment of over due salaries of workers and the right of
organisation, protest, strike and collective bargaining for workers!
• Demand the release of all women activists and the right of clothing
and equality between men and women!
• Demand a secure life, political and social rights, respect and welfare
for all!
• Demand an end to economic sanctions, war and terrorism; and support
the struggle of people in Iran!
People of the world!
We wish for a world void of war, hatred, bombs, poverty and
dictatorship! We respect and appreciate human solidarity! Human
solidarity has no borders!
To all freedom loving and egalitarian people, to all social activists
